A: Yes, we will require all the materials that you have, in digital format. If you have a logo, text, pictures etc, please email them to us, so we can use them in the design. Also if you have any favourite websites that you like, let us know. Any additional instructions about colour and design preferences will also be helpful to us, so if you have any, please make sure you communicate them to us.

A: Three weeks is typical but a lot depends on the scale of your website. If you are just having a simple website designed and developed, it will be a lot quicker to complete. The most common delay in the creation of a website is waiting for content (text/images etc) to be sent to us by the client.

A: Yes, once your payment and source materials have been received and we have discussed your requirements with you, our designers will get started on your new website. The home page demo will be produced and you will be given a password to be able to see a private online preview of your website so you can see its evolution until the end.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the demo page?
A: We will re-work the design to your specifications until you are 100% satisfied.
Q: How do I get my website listed on Google?
A: We submit all websites we design to Google, and Yahoo! search engines.
Q: I need a multi-lingual website, can you do it?
A: Yes, our company works with professional translators. Each additional language will be charged at the same total price as the original language site. Let us know which language you need.
Q: Can I provide you with the translation myself?
A: Yes, if you prefer to provide us with the translation, we will charge £30 per page including the home page. In this case, we won’t check for grammar or spelling mistakes though.
Q: What happens when I complete my new website order?
A: A receipt for your deposit will be emailed to you (contract). We will contact you within 24 hours to know more about your company and your ideas for your website. We will start building your website when we receive your source materials (text/images etc).
Q: After I have paid the final invoice, how long will it be until I see my website live?
A: We will publish your site to the web the same day that your final payment has been received.
Q: Can I update my website myself?
A: No, we will do all of the updates for you. We build your website with professional software which all our designers are trained in. We offer a very affordable update charge of £10 per page or your can choose an annual all inclusive fee of £120, giving you unlimited updates to your website for a year. We do not charge hourly rates even if your update request takes a long time.
